When I think of the customer service and attention to detail provided by Fort Design, the word that comes to mind is exemplary. I had a renovation project for my property that not many companies would take because of the level of repair that needed to be performed. The team at Fort Design are masters of their trade. I needed to have renovations that included popcorn ceilings removed, new tile installed throughout the house, all new bathrooms from ceiling to floors renovated, all bedrooms renovated, and a kitchen that was over 30 years old demolished and re built. The team did not miss a step in getting started on the project within a few days after we laid out a plan. The demolition took 2 days, in which everything in the house was stripped of cabinets, tiles and plumbing throughout the house. The time given to us by the team for completion of our project was specific and accurate. The timing, which included the holidays, were right on target. I could not have asked for any quicker turn around time. I will be using Fort Design for all my renovation and design needs. Their professionalism and expeditious work ethic will be the reason why we will only use Fort Design for any home renovations. Our renovation experience (new floors, kitchen, and bathrooms) with Fort Design was amazing! Yes- you read that right- an AMAZING reno experience. We chose Fort Design after seeing our friend’s kitchen remodel which looked great, went very smoothly, and was completed EARLY. From the initial consultation to the material selection process and then from demolition to the final product Fort Design exceeded our expectations. They provided detailed materials and labor contracts and were readily available as needed. They also provided an accurate timeline that seemed aggressive but was met! Everyone who worked in our home treated it with respect. The workers were punctual, thorough, clean, and efficient. We felt comfortable handing over the keys and letting them do their thing. I hired Fort Design to replace my wood floors with Tile. I was so impressed by the professionalism of Dhya and her team, that I hired Fort Design to do painting, kitchen counter / backsplash resurfacing, bathroom reno and pantry cabinetry.
